We wanted to thank you for all the help that you have given us. We had not had a dog for many years. You were such a big help when we got Bella, our rescue dog with a mind of her own, a couple of years ago. The method that you taught us about bonding being the best way to train her, with a lot of patience, changed her from being difficult to a wonderful loving dog.
We saw that in the first class that we attended that we came to the right place. When we unfortunately lost Bella a couple of months ago to sickness, you were there for us to help in any way that you could. Just being able to speak with you about her and about getting another dog was so helpful. Your advice as to what to look for was invaluable. You certainly went beyond what anyone would expect from a dog trainer. By taking your class, we found a friend that we could call if we ever needed one. We did get another rescue dog that came from a puppy mill. The training we received from you and the advice that you so willingly gave will give us the help and confidence that we need to work with this dog, She will be even more work than Bella was. So again, thank you as you have made owning a dog a pleasure. We have told many people about our experience with you and the Dog Owner's Connection. It could not have been any better.
