Make an Appointment

  • When you tell us you want to set up an appointment, we will  give you a code to download or we will send out DOC questionnaires to be filled out by you and each adult and young adult member of the family.
  • Call us if you need help in understanding how to complete any section. If necessary, you may want to provide only the basics (your name, address, phone no., dog’s name, breed, age) and Karen will complete the rest with you during the initial consultation. In an aggression case, however, the questionnaires MUST be completed in advance of the consultation.
  • Complete and return the DOC questionnaire(s) with a check for $75, which is applied toward your counseling fees, to Karen Arnoff (See address below).
  • After receiving the questionnaire(s) and your check, we will call you to set up the date and time for your consultation.
